As you can see for the last 4 weeks Justin Bieber is the top of the Social 50 chart, remember this chart is what we are listening to and talking about via social websites such as Facebook, Twitter and My Space.

One thing I can say about this is people seem to be listening to the same things week after week - Justin Bieber and Rihanna are the most played artists. Neither of them are who I listen to so none of the data keeping them on this chart comes from me LOL 

This week Shakira has replaced Black Eyed Peas, I do listen to the Peas from time to time and I do love Shakira!

Lady GaGa has held on to a spot on this chart for quite some time. Her fans love her, Im not a fan. GaGa seems to have the same sort of following that Madonna had in the 80ies and to me "It's Been Done" for the most part.

Eminem was blown off the top 5 in mid January so no need to even speak on him (not a fan)

BILLBOARDS SOCIAL 50 - Week 6

Here is this weeks Social 50 chart from Billboard which is A ranking of the most active artists on the world's leading social networking sites. So this is determined by what we - the fans, are listening to.


Here are the top 10 artists this week ~

1- Rihanna - This is the third week for Her to be #1

2 - Justin Bieber - Sitting at #2 for the second week in a row, the Beliebers love you JB!

3 - Lady Gaga - Gaga is also holding on to the same spot this week, she has millions of fans on the net who will, Im sure - keep her in the top ten for a long time to come.

4 - Black Eyed Peas - They are also in the same position as last week

5 - Eminem - This is the second week for Slim Shady at #5

6 - Michael Jackson - Michael jumped 2 spots up from #8 last week, he has had a steady climb towards #1 since the chart started 6 weeks ago.

7 - Katy Perry - Jumped from #10 spot last week

8 - Linkin Park - moved up one spot from last weeks #9, they've been holding steady between 9 and 10 for the last few weeks

9 - Akon - he sat at #6 last week, sorry Akon - Mike stole your spot :P

10 - Shakira - Jumped up 3 spots from #13 last week

MY TOP 10 SONGS OF 2010 ! what are yours??

I just had to create this post before the years end..this was a difficult list for me as the were many great songs this year..  read my list below

10. REDEMPTION BY JAZMIN SULLIVAN  (ALBUM :LOVE ME BACK)

this song rips your heart out...i found it when listening to her new album and i haven't stopped listening ,it definitely deserved a spot on this list

9. DEFYING GRAVITY BY GLEE CAST 

this may be an old song but i only started/discovered glee this year  and this was one of the most vocally breath taking duets i have heard in a minute..chris colfer and lea michelle's voices blend together magically in a way that will seem almost impossible..definitely a highlight of the year

8. WHEN A WOMAN LOVES BY RKELLY

now anybody who follows me on twitter knows that am a huge fan of old school r&b music  ,thats why when i heard this song i was taken aback and fell inlove with it since..i love it when a singer takes me to church in his or her songs ..rkelly is truly a  man in his own league ..trey songz take note 

7. TIC TOC BY KE$HA 

one of the trashiest songs of 2010 am in embarrassed to admit that its was actually on of my favorite .its catchy hook and beat had me chanting the catch phrase "wake up feeling like p.diddy" for months 

6. COMING HOME BY DIRTY MONEY

definitely the best song on  dirty moneys album..its one of the songs you just fall in love with immediately ..i heard it first when they performed it on the american music awards and haven't stopped listening to it..sometimes diddy sure know what a hit song is 

5. 10 SECS BY JASMINE SULLIVAN

reminiscence of her song "bust your windows" this is in a similar angry vein ..great beat . great vocally delivery what more could you want in a song?? if you love to hear men bashing songs this is definitely a great one and jasmine is definitely the artist to get them from

4. DONT STO BELIEVING BY GLEE CAST.

this song is one of the best remakes of an original ive ever heard ..after listening to this i went to find journeys greatest hits and i have become a big fan of their work..am glad to see that i wasn't the only one who enjoyed their remake!..they were recently nominated for a grammy for this song

3. WAKA WAKA BY SHAKIRA

this was the official world cup song ..i wasn't really a fan when i heard it first but it one of those songs that grow on you and you can get out of your head for weeks ..amazing song ..what even more fascinating about this song is they way she infused it with africa line in the chorus ..this deserves a mention on this list

2. WAVIN FLAG BY K'NAAN

also world cup related ..this was the official world-cup anthem and the song that introduced me as well as millions of others to this great artist k'naan .. i cant find one person who doesnt  like this song..its simply a masterpiece and k'naan really needs to be commended for composing such a timeless classic 

1.WHIP MY HAIR BY WILLOW SMITH

i just had to put this song as the number 1 song my my list !! ..i said once that the only other 9 year old that had me moving my body like i was under the holy ghost was michael jackson..i whipped my head so much when this song came out that i head neck pains for days ..and i still get into a crazy frenzy anytime this song comes on..the video is just another mouth opening spectacle ...definitely the highlight of 2010 ...i said once that we live in a willow smith world and  we should be grateful to be apart of it!

other notable mentions include michael jackson's hold my had ..i didnt add this to the list becos it leaked almost two years back and i felt it would be unfair....also  austin browns target practice and nelly's Just a dream are notable mentions

Shakira at the Bambi Awards in Germany!

This is one talented little vixen! She is sassy and can sing the phonebook Im sure! The Beautiful 33-year-old Colombian born Shakira rocked out at the Bambi Awards Thursday night in Germany.
