LUDACRIS PLAYS A COP IN UPCOMING MOVIE ROLL!

Chris “Ludacris” Bridges is reporting for duty for his latest film role. The rapper-turned-actor, who stars alongside actress Hilary Swank in the dramedy New Year’s Eve, tweeted pics of him and his Oscar-winning co-star on set. The Garry Marshall-directed film follows a group of New Yorkers on New Year’s Eve and features an all-star cast including Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, and Sofia Vergara.

“Shooting yet another movie. This time as NYPD’s finest. Lol Officer Bridges reporting for duty…,” wrote the “How Low” hitmaker, who acted in 2004’s critically-acclaimed film Crash.

In between moonlighting in Hollywood, Luda has also been recording his next studio album "Ludaversal".

CHRIS BROWN & SURPRISE GUESTS AT ATLANTA LISTENING PARTY!

Chris Brown jetted from Los Angeles to meet up with Team Breezy at his second listening session in Atlanta on Tuesday (March 15). His ATL fans were in for a surprise when Ludacris, Akon, and Polow Da Don showed up to share the stage with Breezy, who wore a blue F.A.M.E. hoodie and cap while giving an impromptu performance. He will host another listening in Washington, D.C. tonight before heading to New York City on Thursday.

During a visit to “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show,” Chris said he’s not too concerned about his album leaking in advance of its March 22 release date. “I’m not even that mad about it ’cause I always put out free music,” he said. “I kinda constantly always put out mixtape after mixtape after mixtape, so it’s not really any pressure. I feel like the music will speak for itself at the end of the day. If people wanna buy it, that’s great. But even if people hear it in general, I did my job as an artist.”

A dapper Chris “Ludacris” Bridges stepped out with his girlfriend Eudoxie at the Los Angeles premiere of No Strings Attached at the Regency Village Theater in Westwood, Calif., on Tuesday (Jan. 11). The rapper-turned-actor plays Ashton Kutcher’s friend in the romantic comedy, which also stars Natalie Portman. Luda’s foray into Hollywood continues. Next up, he will reprise his role as Tej in the fifth installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, Fast Five, in theaters April 29.

Last night BET released their Top 10 Rappers of the 21st Century - Let the controversy begin! 


If you go by the Tweets today, not too many are happy with it but to quote BowWow "Rappers be flippin out bout the #top10rappers list. Stop crying if you ain't make it, write some better shit N***A - Use it as fuel to go harder in the studio. I know I do. I be looking at these n***as like.. "He's never went platinum" and he made it ova me" and I agree with him - push harder and you may just make the next one ;-)
