In a recent interview Lady GaGa told the magazine that she talked to her people about releasing a Christmas Album or an "Interfaith Album" as she called it -

“I thought it would be really sweet to do a Christmas release of Gaga and the jazz standards,” she said. “I really want to do it. I’ve spoken to my manager.

I can't wait to see how this turns out!

LADY GAGA WENT BANKRUPT AFTER "MONSTERS BALL" TOUR

It may be hard to believe that Lady GaGa would have to go bankrupt but it's true. The singer revealed recently in an interview with the Financial Times -

“I actually went bankrupt after the first extension of The Monster Ball. And it was funny because I didn’t know!”

Gaga went on to say that she went around calling people asking -

“Why is every­one saying I have no money? This is ridiculous; I have five No. 1 singles. And they said, ‘Well, you’re $3 million in debt.”

But money means nothing to the "Born This Way" singer -

“It’s honestly true that money means nothing to me. The only big things I’ve purchased are my dad’s heart valve and a Roll. Other than that I put everything in the show.”

Instead - she leans more towards fantasy...and magic -

“I live halfway between reality and fantasy at all times because I choose to, and anyone can choose that. I believe everybody has something so magical about themselves. Why, as a society, are we so afraid of magic? Why is magic synonymous with artifice? Why is the fantastic synonymous with a lie. If art is a lie then I will tell that lie every day until it’s f**king true.”

You gotta love an artist that literally puts everything into a show!

MADONNA AND GAGA DISTANT RELATIVES?

(Gossip On This) - Two of pop’s iconic characters may very well be related. Louise Veronica Ciccone and Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, better known to the world as pop phenomenons Madonna and Lady Gaga are reported to be ninth cousins once removed.

Celebrity Genealogist, Chris Child, decided to go digging and found that the queens of pop are descendants of a French immigrant couple who landed in Quebec in the 1600s.

Child’s said of his findings to the Boston Globe:
“When I saw that Lady Gaga had French Canadian ancestry I thought there might be something there”.

Gaga recently came under fire for her single “Born This Way” having strong similarities to Madonna’s huge hit, “Express Yourself”.

Maybe this is why…it’s in the blood!

Wouldn’t you just give anything to be a fly on the wall at this pair’s holiday celebrations!

MARIAH & NICK VISITED BY CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon got some unlikely visitors after welcoming twins Moroccan and Monroe on April 30.

"Child Protective Services actually came to me while I was in the hallway and said that they were here to see me because there had been allegations that there was drug and alcohol use during the stay in the hospital," Cannon, 30, told CNN's Piers Morgan on Thursday.

"I was like, 'Well, how would that even be possible? How could the hospital even allow that?'"

Fortunately for the first-time parents, Child Protective Services' visit was all a big misunderstanding.

"It all started when a nurse suggested to my wife that if you drink Guinness, the dark beer, the yeast improves breastfeeding," Cannon explained. "I don't know if someone heard that, but then they were saying my wife was drinking beer. People will do anything to try to conjure up a story."

"When I spoke to the person from Child Protection Services, they said, 'This is ridiculous, we're going to make sure this isn't the case,'" Cannon recalled. "To even have to deal with that, with my wife in the state that she's in while we're in the hospital, to even have to think about someone possibly wanting to investigate your children...it's sad at the end of the day."

After all, Cannon concluded, "it's really sad when you think about people trying to make a buck off newborn babies. (Source)

Gaga now has over 10,021,477 followers on the social networking site in the 38 months she has been on. 
Justin Bieber is a close second with 9,640,463 followers in 26 months of being a tweeter and Barack Obama is third in line with 8004316 in 51 months.

When she caught wind of her accomplishment, Gaga tweeted:

3. People ask me often, how I felt about the Grammy’s of 2002, where I was nominated for 7 Grammy’s and ultimately shut out. I said everything from; I was un fair and it hurt me, TO I am glad it happened that way it taught me a lot and gave my star room to rise. In this past Decade I’ve realized, that spiritually, I can ONLY get what I am READY and OPEN for. I wanted the attention but I was Afraid of all of the attention. I was so scared by all of those Grammy nomination that I had chest pains, I wanted to win but I was afraid of the responsibility of it, and I found every subconscious way to make sure I didn’t win. OFCOURSE it was ALSO, all very political, the opposing business team CRUSHED MY business team, …. But in the end I won a place in the HEARTS of millions and over the next decade, I went on to create 3 more albums all while standing somewhat still. What I mean is, I didn’t grow too much, or too little, I didn’t make TOO many new fans but I didn’t loose any, and TO THIS DAY people talk about how I SHOULD have won. In hindsight I realize that I DID win, and I could have leveraged THAT very public shut out into a MAJOR career win, I just didn’t WANT to, I was afraid.
LESSON: when you’re scared of Failure and scared of success, standing still is the only option left – only you can choose which one.

BEYONCE SUED FOR 100 MILLION..?

(Gossip On This) -  Beyonce is being sued for $100 million dollars after she allegedly bailed out on creating a video game.

The lawsuit, filed yesterday by video game maker Gate Five LLC, claims that Beyonce and her company Beyonce, Inc. made a lucrative agreement last summer for a “motion-sensing dance video” game called “Starpower: Beyonce,” then abandoned the deal completely after the company refused to adhere to her demands.

The suit also claims that the superstar’s decision to not follow through with the agreement drove investors away and destroyed Gate Five’s business. The software company says they lost nearly $7 million dollars in investment money, and more than $100 million dollars in potential profits from the game’s release. And not only that, but 70 people lost their jobs (the week before Christmas) as a result of the failed business venture.

Reps for the singer have yet to respond to this report.

(Rap-Up) - Game’s 4/20 went up in smoke, but for the wrong reason. The “Red Nation” rapper was detained by Canadian officials after attempting to enter the country.


Fresh from Australia, Game was traveling to Canada to perform at several shows on Wednesday, April 20. After waiting in customs for three hours, he was denied entry. “Customs officials just denied me entry into Canada. I’m sorry 2 ALL my fans but I was mislead by promoters & assured I would be able 2 enter,” he tweeted.


But things soon went from bad to worse. “This just in: I’m being detained in Canada for 14 days until they process my inadmissability then I’ll have a hearing heard by a judge,” he added. “At that point the judge will decide to either deport me or give me a sentence for violating Canada’s immigrant entry laws.”


Game expressed his unhappiness with the unexpected circumstances. “F%cked up situation !!! But at least they let me call home, & tweet before they lock a n!gga up !!! Gotta turn in my property, y’all be kool,” he wrote. “Gotta give up my phone & property. This some straight bullshit ! Flew all the way from LA to be denied and detained ?!?! WTF.” 

Lawd Have Mercy!! Crazy Fan Pulls Singer Off The Stage During A Performance !!

 K-Pop group Girls' Generation performed at the Angel Price Music Festival, organised jointly by Lotte World and Coupang.

During the event, an unfortunate incident happened, as the hired security was lax and did not perform up to standards. Near the end of the 'Run Devil Run' stage, Taeyeon was dragged off-stage by an unidentified individual. The other members were also caught unawares and tried to stop the man, to no avail. The event's host, comedian Oh Jungtae, managed to prevent the man from dragging Taeyeon away. According to fanaccounts, the man appeared from back-stage and was later detained and apprehended by security after the performance.

The security personal need to be fired!! Thats just plain shameful for a thing like this to even happen in the first place! smh

BLOGGERS UNITE!

Ive spent the last few days watching a fellow blogger fight with her host server and to be quite honest - she is in the right from what I can see. I'm writing this post to bring awareness to other bloggers and our readers the types of things we have to go through from time to time. 
I want to say its quite common to get stories from fellow writers BUT you do so with respect - meaning you source them - you MUST credit people where credit is due or its just plain plagiarism. I myself have used material I have found on Toyaz site - she is EXTREMELY up to date and she is good at what she does but I always source her and any other site I gather info from.

I was not going to go public with this and at first I was hesitant. But then, if I kept quiet no one will know what type of service they are signing up for. Many of you would know I use to host my blog on fanfusion right? When my site got bigger, they became greedy and started hijacking my site and took up all of my ad spots. Bear in mind, when I first signed up with them, the ads were NOT an issue. I was allowed to keep my ads. They said nothing. Didn’t email me or inform me I was breaking any type of rules. I WISHED they had though. If they were concerned about revenue, we could have come to an agreement in splitting half and half. Considering that it’s their server, and I’m the one bringing in the traffic, it would have been a fair enough agreement. I was prepared to do that. But they were trying to remove ALL of my ads and replacing them with their own so I don’t get anything for putting in the work.

CONRAD MURRAY INVOLVED IN WRONGFUL DEATH SUIT IN 2007!

The evidence could be stacking up... 

Conrad Murray, the doctor in charge of Michael Jackson during his final days, has reportedly been involved in a wrongful death trial already...or he would have been, if he didn't narrowly escape a possible lawsuit in 2007.

Gerard White, the son of the man who died under Murray's care, claimed Murray botched an operation on his father which led to his death. He adds that the only reason it didn't go to trial was that White couldn't find a lawyer willing to look into the case, because it wouldn't yield enough profit.

Murray's reps denied everything, and added: "Murray has medical insurance for lawsuits. If an attorney thought Gerard White had a case he surely could have been paid. The fact that White couldn't find a lawyer to take the case tells me White's claims most likely had no merit." SOURCE

Michael Jackson's Hand & Foot Prints To Sell At Auction!

A previously abandoned concrete slab featuring Michael Jackson's hand and foot prints, along with his signature, is expected to sell for $100,000 (£63,000) at online auction in Los Angeles next month.

It's called the Broken Heart Stone because people reckon MJ's handprint looks like a heart with a crack running through it.

The slab was made in 1984 for an unsuccessful Las Vegas Walk of Fame project, before being discovered in the Riviera Hotel basement in 2006 and being raffled off to a guest.

The winner sold the slab to its current owner in 2009, who left it in his basement and, according to auction house owner Nate D. Sanders, passed it on for sale for fear "his wife might run over it".

Michael Jackson’s Children’s Body Language During Oprah Interview Show They Are Guarded, Protective, and Ambivalent as They Continue to Respect Dad’s Privacy

The above photo of Michael Jackson’s eldest  children, Prince and Paris says it all. They were clearly not comfortable being asked questions about their father by Oprah. They knew how their late father valued not only his privacy but theirs as well. That is why he made them wear veils when they went out of the house. In fact Michael’s daughter Paris addressed the fact that while the veils were uncomfortable, she knew they were for her protection.

PRINCE IS NOT TOO HAPPY!

In the above photo, observe Prince standing up with crossed arms as he looks on facing Oprah as his sister is interviewed. His eye is clearly on Oprah as he leans back in a defensive mode.  He has a protective stance with both of his arms  his arms tightly interlocked crossing over his torso.
His protective stance is further indicated as he stands  in the background looking directly at Oprah with one foot out, pointed in Oprah’s direction. It is though this protective older brother is ready to step in if the questioning gets to be too uncomfortable or too much for his younger sister. His other foot protectively  points in Paris’ direction  as if to step in in case she needs him.
GRANDPA JOE JACKSON LOOKS UNCHARACTERISTICALLY  SUBMISSIVE AROUND PRINCE
Joe Jackson, Michael’s father and Prince’s grandpa  knows Prince means business in this photo. Joe looks uncharacteristically submissive around Prince. His head is down with his hands in his pocket  as he looks in Prince’s direction.  We have rarely seen such a photo of Joe in terms of  his body language. In the past,  Joe’s posture and demeanor has usually had a super confident cocky non-humbled undertone.  But this photo was very different.
The distinct  physical  distance between Joe and Prince show that they are not close at all.  Joe’s submissive stance reflects this as well.

PRINCE’S AMBIVALENCE

When it was Prince’s turn to be interviewed by Oprah, his eye contact with her was less than optimal as he consistently looked away. When describing his favorite experience walking with his dad on the beach in Bahrain eating snickers, he looked up and away. While he wanted to be polite and answer Oprah’s question, there was clearly a part of him that did not want to share this special moment between he and his late dad with the world.
As the person who spent the most time in his life with father Michael, Prince knew  deep down that Michael, who valued his privacy with his children would not be pleased at this revelation.  His body language  clearly reflected his ambivalence.
In the photo, it is clear that Prince is not happy and something must have happened for him to get up from his chair after the interview and leave the  table and stand in the background.  Perhaps he had enough of what he considered Oprah’s invasive questioning about his father. Perhaps it got to him. He definitely  knew Michael would not  like this line of questioning about his private life with his children. So it seems in my view that Prince finally had enough.
Look at Prince’s crossed arms over his torso. It means that he is closing off. If you look down at his sister sitting in the photo as Prince looks on, she too has her arms crossed over her torso in a protective mode.

PARIS’ AMBIVALENCE

She too knows that this discussion about Michael is inappropriate based on how she was raised. She knows to the core of her soul that discussing her father is a violation of what he was all about- extreme privacy. Yet she wants to be cooperative and compliant during the interview.
Paris’ BODY language  reflects her ambivalence as well. as well. Not only are her arms interlocked and crossed in a protective mode like her brother, she also   leans back in her chair. It is in marked contrast to Oprah’s body language, who leans forward in her attempt to engage Paris.
Paris does not engage Oprah in leaning forward , She is polite verbal, articulate, pleasant and poised. But the spokeschild of the family  is clearly  in control as she speaks measuredly  but  lovingly of her father.

She opens her eyes widely and raises her eyebrows  as we see in the photo above This look of surprise reflects what she is verbally revealed – a surprise to the world that  her daddy could make the best French toast n the world.
Oprah was surprised by this revelation as she and most of us would think that Michael who was surrounded my maids and cooks would not be the one to hole up in a kitchen making breakfast. From what we have heard about Michael’s eating habits in the past, no one would have associated Michael with food, much less being involved in the preparation of it.
While it was personal information, it was information that was benign enough that Michael would not have mind if it was revealed. Paris clearly thought about this and played the interview game of sharing just enough information to respect her father;s wishes and his memory.

EVEN BLANKET IS PROTECTIVE

Even little 8 year old Blanket is protective during the interview as you can see in  the above photo.  His  knees are bent and in front of him as they shield and  protect him as he sits in his chair. His one leg dropping down from the chair says that he really does not want to be there. It says that he wants to leave.
His hands cover his  mouth, indicating that he doesn’t want to speak.  Paris and Prince clearly have his back so to speak. They are protective of him as well and pay a lot of attention to him.  Paris reaches out to him as we see in the photo with her hand extended towards him. No doubt big sister Paris has a hands on role with Blanket in helping to care for him. Her extended hand is there to comfort him.
Paris’ extended cupped hand reflects tension and ambivalence at the same time. It’s a closed hand that perhaps reflects a subconscious anger that her little brother has to be there and be subjected to this uncomfortable situation.
The gesture reflects that she knows Blanket  clearly does not want to be there, subjected to Oprah’s questioning . Interally,  she is angry and upset about it.  It even reflects in Paris’ smile as she looks in Blanket’s direction.  While her lips are smiling, her eyes are reflecting the opposite. She is not happy about being forced to be in this situation.
She knows deep down that her father would not be happy about having his children, whom he went to all lengths to protect in terms of their identity to now be so publicly exposed. While she wants to comply, she is being very protective over Blanket, her  gestures and body language reflect her inner conflict.

MICHAEL’S LEGACY

Besides his beautiful music the best legacy that Michael left behind was his beautiful children who continue to respect their dad’s privacy. Their actions and body language showed it.
There is no doubt that Michael would be proud of them and how they handled this very uncomfortable and conflicting situation where they were forced to reveal personal information about their lives with their famous and now deceased dad. They complied, but continued to be guarded as Michael’s message which he ingrained in them since birth was  evident- “ watch what you say and don’t say too much!”
There is no doubt that if Michael is up there is heaven, he was looking down at his children and smiling proudly from year to ear, He was proud that they were polite and cooperative, yet set boundaries as they honored and tried to protect their dad’s wishes for privacy as best as they could.www.drlillianglass.com

Breaking News Rumored to be taken off Michael's album!!

New York NY - On Monday 8th November www.michaeljackson.com streamed the song Breaking News which was originally intended to be included on the upcoming set of posthumous Michael Jackson recordings MICHAEL.

The origin of this track, along with two other tracks initially intended for inclusion on the album, came from a friend of Michael's based in New Jersey. Whilst we have complete confidence that the pair did collaborate on material in 2007, the decision has been made to cut these tracks from the albums tracklisting.

Final adjustments to the album are currently being made. The release of the first single from MICHAEL will be announced shortly.
