My Two Cents - Young Money Crew Throws away $250,000 At A Strip Club

I wasn't going to post on this but my inner bitch wont let it go so here I am, I read in several blogs yesterday about Lil Wayne, Drake and several others attended a party Friday night for WorldStarHipHop.com - the website celebrated their 6th anniversary at King of Diamonds in Miami Beach.

For the record - King Of Diamonds is a strip club and the Young Money Crew danced and partied for hours there. My only problem with the whole thing is this - they actually look pretty stupid throwing around $250,000 to STRIPPERS when, I'm pretty sure wherever they come from, has homeless, jobless, people who have no food for their kids, who could use a hand out like that. I mean, really - $250.,000 - to STRIPPERS??? I'm actually appalled by this whole thing, they make me sick. I understand that these women are just trying to make a living but TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS???
These are the type of people who should not have so much disposible money on hand - this is a completely mononic waste of money!

Drake, your idiot is showing, please tuck it in! You're an effen Canadian - you better start representing better than that bruh. I KNOW for a fact (and so do you) there are people here in Canada that are in desperate need and you should be ashamed of your self - you look like a fool! Canadians DO NOT DO THIS - Have you lost your fricken mind Drizzy???

This is all just my (Tina) opinion and agree or not - it's how I feel. To me, they look like Dumbasses!!

Now, I dont normally say too much about the album covers that I post cause, let's face it - stars do some crazy ass sh*t. I just came across the cover for Lil Wayne's highly anticipated album "Tha Cater IV" ...lemme show you then we can discuss ~ 

In my opinion - this cover would have been uber cute and very endearing if it was just the pic MINUS the tats and piercings. 

What the actual hell was he thinking? Its so insane to have the tats and ish on this that's not even laughable. I cant inagine what was going through his brain when he thought of this and does he NOT have advisors? Why didnt someone tell him this is just plain stupid?

Id also like to just mention that if this is in fact Wayne as a child - he was a fricken cutie when he was little!!

When Jessie J wanted to add some swagger to her album, she looked to Lil Wayne. The “Price Tag” singer reveals that the Young Money rapper inspired one of the more colorful cuts on her debut.

“I was obsessed with Lil Wayne at one point,” Jessie told Rap-Up.com. Weezy’s influence can be heard in her music, particularly the Oak-produced “Rainbow,” a track off Who You Are, due April 12 in the U.S.


“The song is basically about how we’re all colors of the rainbow and how we need to share the pot of gold,” she explained. “We all may be different, but we’re all the same really. Everyone bleeds red and we all get blue sometimes. The lyrics are a play on words with colors, but my delivery is very like yup, yup, still very Lil Wayne-y. It’s one of my favorites.”


The 23-year-old Brit would love to collaborate with Weezy. “That would be like a dream. I think he’s incredible and I love his swagger. I feel like he should win an award for how he acts in videos. I think he’s one of those one-take people who rolls in, does a sick take, and just rolls out,” she said, adding, “Lil Wayne and Nicki [Minaj], those two are killin’ it right now.” (RAP-UP.COM)

DRAKE AND LIL WAYNE ADDRESS THE RUMORS

Drake caught up with the “I Am Music II” tour when it pulled into Washington, D.C.’s Verizon Center on Sunday night. Lil Wayne introduced his Young Money protégé with a heartfelt speech.


“I know ya’ll know a few months ago I was locked up and shit, but it was people like Drake and people like ya’ll that made me feel like I wasn’t even there, so I appreciate that shit. I really do. I just wanted you to miss me while I was gone,” Weezy said before performing “Miss Me” with Drizzy.


The Canadian rapper addressed rumors that he had left Young Money. “You see today, when I landed in D.C. and I got off the plane, this ni**a looked me in my eyes and he asked me, ‘Did you drop out of Young Money?’ And I looked him right back in his eyes and I said, ‘Boy, are you out your motherfu**in’ mind?!’ Man, I want this shit ‘Forever,’” he told the crowd to roaring applause. Hold onto your wigs. Nicki Minaj may be heading out on the road with Britney Spears. The Young Money diva is said to be in negotiations to open for the pop queen’s summer tour.

According to reports that Spears has eyed Minaj as her opening act for the upcoming North American trek. Lawyers for the two stars are in “serious talks.”

Sources say that things are looking very good and that they should reach an agreement in the next day or so. The raptress would replace Enrique Iglesias, who pulled out of Spears’ tour at the last minute.


Nicki is currently traveling the country with Lil Wayne on his “I Am Music II” tour, which wraps April 28. Britney’s tour is scheduled to begin on June 17.

MARY J BLIGE GETS READY FOR NEW VIDEO - "SOMEONE TO LOVE ME'

Mary J. Blige has romance in the crosshairs. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul has set a date for the premiere of the video for her new single “Someone to Love Me (Naked).”

The clip, directed by Colin Tilley, is set to debut on April 8 and features appearances from collaborators Lil Wayne and Diddy. The song was released to iTunes this week and the original version appears on Diddy-Dirty Money’s Last Train to Paris album.


MJB revealed the news via Twitter. “My New Video 4 Some One To Love will premier next week! I’m Loving It Fam!!! Hope u will 2!! April 8th! Thank U Wayne and Puff!!!” she wrote.


The R&B veteran is currently working on her 10th studio album, having already put in studio time with producer Danja and songwriter Kevin Cossom. “Everything that I’ve done feels really good,” Danja previously told Rap-Up TV. “Great tracks, funky, you can dance to it. Some is a hybrid of 808s with very heartfelt, soulful piano lines on top of them. You dancing and you in the club, but you kinda feeling a certain way at the same time. Jennifer Lopez hit the floor with Pitbull and now she’s got another rapper waiting in the wings. The sexy superstar has enlisted her current favorite MC Lil Wayne for her next single.


The “American Idol” judge revealed that the Young Money boss is featured on the follow-up to her smash “On the Floor.” “My next single I believe will be a song called ‘I’m Into You’ and it’s gonna feature Lil Wayne, so look out for that,” she told fans during a chat for Saturday Night Online.

She went on to share why Weezy took the place of Nas as her favorite rapper. “To me just the things he says and the way he says it is very unique, and I feel like he has a fresh new voice,” she said, previously telling Angie Martinez that she works out to his music. “He might be one of the best out there right now. He might be the best.”


While her seventh studio album Love? is currently slated for April 19, J.Lo says it will likely be released in late May after two or three singles.


Also on the busy diva’s agenda are Spanish versions to her songs from Love? followed by another full-length Spanish album and a greatest hits package. In addition, she is contemplating a world tour for later this year.
