WHITNEY EXTENDS REHAB STAY!!

It seems Mz Whitney may be serious this time - she has volunteered her stay at rehab after completing a 30-day out-patient program earlier this week and has opted to continue on with more treatment.

A source close to Whitney said - "She really wants it this time."

I couldn't be happier!! I want Whitney back!!
Whitney Houston is an Icon and in the 80ies and early 90ies - NO ONE could do it like Whitney (Ok, maybe Mariah could) and I hope and pray this does it for her - off the drugs forever!!
Bobby Brown better stay the hell away from her!!

WHITNEY HOUSTON VOLUNTARILY ENTERS REHAB!

(CNN) - Whitney Houston is getting new help for her much-publicized struggle with drugs and alcohol, her representative told CNN Monday.
"I can confirm that Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment," Kristen Foster said. "Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."
No details about the treatment, or what led to the singer's decision to start it, were released.
Illness forced Houston to postpone several shows on the European leg of her "Nothing But Love" comeback tour a year ago.

The iconic diva is said to be in final negotiations to reprise her role as Savannah Jackson in ‘Getting to Happy’ – the sequel to 1995’s box office smash ‘Waiting to Exhale’.

BOBBI KRISTINA HEADED TO REHAB??

Although she's repeatedly denied that she uses drugs, Bobbi Kristina could be heading to rehab.

According to reports, her parents, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, put aside their differences to present a united front and encourage Bobbi to accept professional help.

“Whitney called Bobby and they agreed that Krissi needs rehab,” an anonymous source told The National Enquirer. “They also agreed on a tough-love move to shake Krissi up, and Whitney returned a Lexus convertible she’d bought for Krissi.”

The news comes weeks after images of Bobbi Kristina hunched over a table with a straw-like object to her nose were published in The Enquirer.

Initially, the 17-year-old took to Twitter to deny that she used drugs. At that time, Bobbi told fans and followers that an ex had distributed the photos that were just a joke.

However, now it seems she’s admitting to the cocaine use, but is insisting she only gets high for recreational purposes.

“She says that she does cocaine for fun and isn’t addicted,” the source said.

Both Whitney and Bobby have reluctantly admitted to some drug use in the past. Now they’re reportedly pointing fingers at one another and passing the blame; the source said there’s enough of that to go around.

“They’re both responsible,” The Enquirer source said. “Krissi has been around while her parents and their friends were drinking and drugging ever since she was a little girl.”

These are not the first reports of Bobbi’s drug use or forced entry into rehab. In 2010, it was reported that Whitney and Bobby brought in counselors to try to steer their daughter away from drugs.

CELEBRITY KIDS - BOBBY BROWN SPEAKS ABOUT HIS DAUGHTER

In an attempt to possibly take the attention off of the media reports surrounding photos of his daughter’s alleged drug abuse (or capitalize off of it), Bobby Brown has gone on a mini media tour to promote his upcoming reality show, tour and new album. He made an appearance on The View recently and spoke highly of Bobbi Kristina’s singing ability as well as his other kids.


“She sings like a bird. She sings a little better than Whitney and she has my legs so she can dance”


“I’m gonna do duets with all of my kids; they all sing and dance, so I’m just waiting for the right time to strike, you know, the Brown clan.”


Bobby also hit up ABC News Now ‘What’s the Buzz,’ and when he was asked about his daughter’s alleged drug use, he responded:


“I don’t know anything about that My daughter, she doesn’t, she doesn’t do that.” SOURCE

"The pictures_ a former very dear person to me did this. Set me up to make it look exactly what it looks like. God will smite them yes" she tweets.

She continued later, "But it's really not what it looks like.. People will do anything for money which is extremely sad, and I'm very hurt by this."

Diva Whitney Houston took to the stage and performed at the annual BET Celebration of Gospel show last month. The show, which took place at the Orpheum Theatre in LA, was hosted by king of comedy’s Steve Harvey and aired last night. The 47-year-old performed her R. Kelly written and produced anthem ‘I Look To You’ with one of her truest friends, the amazing gospel/jazz talent Kim Burrell

She may not have the voice that she once had but she sure knows how to work with whats leftof it..heartfelt spirit lifting performance..this performance took me to the heavens  .i could feel myself up there....amazing ..kudos to both of them

WHITNEY HOUSTON NEW ALBUM + NEW MOVIE ?

Following the Platinum success of Whitney Houston’s comeback effort ‘I Look To You’, reliable word has it that the legendary diva is soon set to return to the studio to record its follow-up.

According to our good friends over at Middle Child Promotions, the singer has earmarked June this year to return to the studio to lay down vocals for what will serve as her 8th studio album.

As well as a return to recording, Houston 46, is said to have US television special still ‘on the table’, and has also apparently  signed  on for two movies. Although, the much hyped ‘Waiting To Exhale’ sequel ‘Getting To Happy’ is interestingly neither of them. The ‘Million Dollar Bill’ singer and her team are still in negations with the movie’s producers - despite the rest of the cast (including Angela Bassett) having already signed on.

In any case, it appears the masses will be seeing a lot of Ms. Houston this year through to next.
