(Billboard) - Master satirist "Weird Al" Yankovic will return from a five-year absence with "Alpocalypse," his 13th studio set for release June 21. The album will feature first single "Perform This Way," a send-up of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" that was originally rejected by the pop star's management.
Yankovic revealed the release date of the follow-up to 2006's "Straight Outta Lynwood" in a minute-long teaser video posted on his YouTube channel today (Apr. 22). The video slowly reveals what is presumably the album's cover: a picture of Yankovic as one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, greeting the viewer with a friendly wave as he rides alongside the terrifying figures.
