Beyonce has done what many have always considered to be the impossible: she has ended her business relationship with her father, Mathew Knowles. In a statement released by her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure to the Associated Press, the singer has confirmed that he will no longer manage her career.
Knowles has been the guiding Beyonce’s career since childhood and was the driving force behind the success of Destiny’s Child as well as all of her other projects to date. However, although Beyonce claims that this will not affect their personal relationship, there remains no word as to whether she will end all association withMusic World Entertainment or Columbia Records.
Former Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams also famously cut ties with Knowles in 2009 and 2010, respectively, encouraging speculation as to whether a reunion of the group will ever occur. For now, fans can expect Beyonce’s 4th studio album to be released later this year..
i hope she can continue with her success without the man who seemed to be the main driving force behind it
