ROMEO LANDS ROLE ON NBC’S “THE CAPE”

We’ll be seeing a lot more of rapper Romeo, he landing a starring role on NBC’s new series The Cape. Romeo, who’s the son of Hip-Hop mogul Master P., will play “Lil’ Z,” the “wise cracking” sidekick of Michael Irby’s character “Pokerface.”

The good news comes just days after Romeo took over his father’s No Limit imprint by turning it into an all-digital label. Romeo is familiar with TV, he had roles in a series of hits, including the Nickelodeon series Romeo!, Honey and the upcoming flick Jumping the Broom, which stars Meagan Goode, Mike Epps, and Paula Patton.
I hadn’t planned on watching that show but now i’ll have to reconsider…Catch The Cape Monday nights on NBC at 9 o’clock.  via mediaquicky
